Soapalooza!® Soap Arts Studio offers live shipping rates based on your destination zip code. UPS Ground is Soapalooza! Soap Arts Studio's carrier of choice. Since UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, please always provide an accurate street address so that your order is not delayed.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction. We can only accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is in original condition and accompanied with a sales receipt. DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
Please notifiy us a soon as possible if your package was damaged in transit. Do not discard the damaged merchandise or packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents.
